Scorpion Kings Live (with Friends)

As a celebration of the world’s newest music genre, Scorpion Kings Live (with Friends) brought Amapiano to life on a scale the genre had never seen before. DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small headlined the spectacular showcase, joined by Nigerian superstar Davido alongside a curated lineup of friends and frequent collaborators who helped shape the sound that has taken the world by storm. The production transformed Loftus Versfeld Stadium on 29 August 2025 into a celebration of rhythm, culture and collaboration. Audiences were taken on a musical journey through the evolution of Amapiano – from its underground roots to its global dominance – told through live performances, dynamic medleys, choreography and striking stagecraft. It was a landmark event that honoured the genre’s past, amplified it’s present and showcased its future on one unforgettable stage.
